Who Is This Course For?
Have you ever felt that you needed a bit more knowledge about our relationship with the environment in order to make better decisions?
Would you benefit from a deeper understanding of the current state of environmental issues in order to educate your family, friends, neighbors, colleagues, or students?
Do you want to be able to make sense of the news and have some scientific basis to understand the environmental threats we are facing?
Do you tend to support social movements, actions, and policies that address climate change but wouldn't be able to explain how climate change happens?
If you answered yes to any of the questions above, then this course is for you!

What to Expect?
We will be talking about serious stuff, but we will prioritize having some fun while we learn. How? Making it personal, relevant, eye-opening, and engaging - oh, and using some humor, of course. We will be connecting the dots and thinking a lot. By the end of this journey you will be talking about climate change at the next dinner party, you will be educating your family, you will be getting your neighbors together to enact some changes
- and everybody will love it!
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the course self-paced? Can I take as long as I want to finish it?
Yes. You may go over the material at your own pace. But, we really encourage you to complete it as soon as you can because change is urgently needed.
Is there a recommended pace?
Students have done really well completing a module per week. We do not recommend binge-learning (yes, that is a thing). Some research has shown that binge-learners have higher grades. But we are not interested in grades here, we care about change. So, we recommend taking some time for reflexion and observation between modules.
Can't I learn all that on YouTube?
We learn best when there is some structure and flow. Some YouTube videos are great, but they rarely walk you through a journey from beginning to end. Additional videos suggested to you on the platform are chosen by a very biased algorithm that is not interested in making you think or change.
How long is each module?
Each module takes between one to two hours to complete (including watching the videos and completing some activities). If you are able to complete a module per week you will have completed the course in 8 weeks!
What is included in the course price?
All video lectures plus optional activities and quizzes. You will also gain access to a community of learners like you. And, you will get a discount to invite a friend to join you.
What if I change my mind?
You won't. But if you do, relax, we have a 30-day refund policy (starting from the day of enrollment).
I am not quite ready to enroll now, can we be in touch?
Of course. Scroll all the way down and add your email address so we can let you know when we have new courses or coupons for you.
